I offer a warm, empathic space where all aspects of you and your experience are welcome. We’ll work at a pace and depth that suits you.

Tailored to you

There’s no such thing as a one-size-fits all approach! As an integrative therapist, I draw on psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches, shaping the therapy around your needs.

At times we may focus on practical ways to manage stress; at other times, we’ll explore deeper patterns or past experiences that influence the present, so you can gain insight and take more control of your choices.

Affirming

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I understand that it can be a struggle sometimes to live authentically and confidently, and cope with the things that life throws at you. However, my years in practice have given me a huge respect and belief in our resilience and creativity. I believe in your potential to adapt and grow! 

Anti-Oppressive

I’m committed to ongoing learning and reflection around structural inequality and social justice, including anti-racism, ableism, and queerphobia.
