I recognise it’s a big step accessing counselling, particularly if you have never seen a therapist before. I offer a supportive place to explore difficult feelings, thoughts, or experiences that you might be facing. I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Sense of self (e.g. confidence, self-esteem, identity, guilt, and shame)
  • Relationship difficulties (with partners, friends, or others)
  • Workplace issues, including stress, conflict, discrimination, and bullying
  • Life changes or loss (e.g. career change, bereavement, or relationship break-up)
  • Emotional distress, including trauma, anxiety, and depression
  • Facing a difficult decision or transition (e.g. coming out)
  • Broader concerns about the world and the future
  • Searching for meaning or purpose
