Inclusive Therapeutic Counselling in London Bridge

Daniel Winstanley Reg MBACP (Accred)

Step back from city life and reflect

Hello, I’m Daniel. I offer in-person therapy in London Bridge, in a calm, private space away from the bustle outside, where you can slow down and get back in contact with yourself, your feelings and your goals.

Life in London can be challenging at times. I support a diverse spectrum of clients: young professionals dealing with early career pressures; students managing anxiety alongside their studies; or anyone navigating a new chapter at any stage of life.

In-person sessions in London Bridge can help with:

  • Work stress, anxiety and burnout
  • Self-acceptance, combatting self-criticism and unrelenting high standards
  • Confidence and assertiveness
  • Relationships, including polyamorous and open relationships
  • Identity, sexuality, and gender exploration
  • Navigating change or finding meaning or direction
